Capitolbeat, the Association of Capitol Reporters and Editors, has over 300 members, is always looking for more journalists to join our ranks. We’re the only organization focusing on your needs as a professional who covers politics and government at the state level.

You have two options to join:

Membership dues are $25 for students, $50 for full members. You have two options to pay:

Once accepted, we will put you on our listserv, which allows you to e-mail other statehouse reporters around the country for information and advice. The listserv is for members only: no politicians, flaks or lobbyists.
